atom-tools
atom-tools is a Ruby library for parsing and creating Atom feeds and entries, and for manipulating collections of entries using the AtomPublishingProtocol? (RFC 5023).
It tries to abstract away all the nasty HTTP and XML details, and provide complete coverage of the major Atom specifications. It's probably most useful for AtomPublishingProtocol? clients and servers, but if the only feeds you're dealing with are Atom then it can take the place of something like feedtools.
